During 2018 I’ve been a contractor for the Italian Digital Transformation Team working on docs.italia.it (Docs Italia), an Open Source platform to collect and share the Public Administration documentation based on Read The Docs (readthedocs.org).
In this talk I’ll share how we managed to deliver value while still contributing to an Open Source community.
